Mark Shurilla and his merry band of revelers will present Mark Shurilla's 50th Anniversary of "The Day The Music Died" for one special performance that will rock The Playhouse! Also, there will be a special appearance by Valor Yost,"The Kid in Black."

This special concert will also function as Elm Grove native Jayne Taylors' CD release of 'Firecracker' produced by Mark and his band, The Greatest Hits.
W.A.M.I. (Wis. Area Music Industry) award winning Tribute Artist Mark Shurilla has become famous for playing the music of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, the Big Bopper, Dion and more from the famous “Winter Dance Party” a 1959 tour of the Midwest which kicked off in Mark's hometown of Milwaukee on Jan. 23,1959.
Mark has conceived a full scale salute to the golden age of rock and roll which also includes a tribute to Johnny Cash by W.A.M.I award winning rockabilly/americana artist Liam Ford, Danny J. the 'Pavarotti of Rock', and Marvelous Marla's girl group tribute.
